Artists to Watch ships to the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the US or Canada and would like to place an order please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be more than happy to help you.

How much is shipping? How do I receive Free Shipping?

All US online greeting card orders that total $50 or more are shipped for free - this includes Alaska and
Hawaii! This applies only to ground orders and does not apply when shipping to multiple addresses.  Sorry but we do not offer free shipping to Canada.

For US orders less than $50, shipping is $6. 

The shipping charges for Canadian orders are as follows:

For orders of twelve cards or less we suggest placing your order by phone or email.

For orders less than $56 shipping is $20.
For orders between $56 and $196 shipping is $41.
For orders between $196 and $335 shipping is $54.
If your order is more than $335 please call us directly at 1-800-945-5454 to place your order.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to get your order out the door ASAP! If your order is placed on a weekday it will typically ship the next business day. Of course there are holidays, especially busy times and extra large orders when we may need an extra day.  Once shipped, you should receive your order with in 1-5 business days, depending on your location - see map above.  Orders shipped to Canada are in transit for an additional 6-10 days.

How is my order shipped?

We ship best way and cannot offer a shipping option to our customers at this time, all orders are shipped through either the USPS or UPS.

Canadian orders are shipped Priority Mail. We are unable to expedite shipping to Canada.

Do you ship greeting cards to any other countries?

Yes! But you will need to e-mail your order directly to us at orders@artiststowatch.com, or give us a call. In your order please note the item number, inside greeting option and quantity for each item you would like to purchase.

The safest way to obtain credit card info for processing your order is by phone. Please call during regular business hours 1-800-945-5454. We are here M-F, 9am to 5pm CST. International shipping rates will apply. We only ship USPS International Priority Mail. Orders that include 12 or less individual cards, will ship in a Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or other military bases?

Yes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Upon order completion you will receive an email with your order number, order summary and tracking number. If you do not see an email from Artiststowatch.com, check your Spam and/or Junk folders or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-945-5454 during regular business hours.

How do I track my package?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check your Spam and Junk folders). You will be directed to go to the shippers website and asked to enter the tracking number into the space provided. Please allow 12-24 hours after you’ve received the shipping confirmation email to track your package.

According to my tracking number, the package was delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do now?

If your package is lost or stolen please call our Customer Service Center at 800-945-5454 M-F 9am-5pm CST and we will file a claim with USPS or UPS. Typically, we will be able to ship out a new order immediately while the claim is being investigated.

My package arrived with damaged merchandise inside. What do I do now?

Please call a Customer Service Representative at 800-945-5454 M-F 9am-5pm CST and we will enact a damage claim with USPS or UPS. Keep the box or package and all contents in the event the shipper needs to investigate the damaged item(s).
