What if I don’t feel comfortable ordering online?
Your personal information is secure and safe with us online; however, if you are uncomfortable ordering at www.artiststowatch.com, you may call our Customer Service Center at 800-945-5454 M-F 9am-5pm CST and a representative will be happy to assist you. You may also e-mail your order to us. Please note the item number as shown on the website and quantity for each item you would like to purchase. Please include your first and last name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address (for tracking purposes). We will also need to obtain your credit card info including; the expiration date, cvv code, name on the card and the billing address for your card. We suggest you call us with credit card info or we would be happy to call you once your order is ready to ship to obtain credit card info. Just let us know!
We do not accept personal checks or money orders from individual consumers. WHOLESALE customers must be set up on terms to pay by check.

Do you have a store?
No, however there are hundreds of stores that carry our line throughout the USA. Please call us to find a store in your area. We will need the city, state and zip code(s) for the areas you are searching in. Sorry! We don't have a store listing online.
What if I want to order in bulk?

Can I get a custom message printed on the inside of a greeting card?
If you are interested in having us print a customized greeting inside one of our cards, and/or perhaps your return address printed on the envelopes, please call us at: 1-800-945-5454 to discuss your needs. Additional set up fees would apply.
Many customers like to have thier family name imprinted on the inside of a card, or perhaps thier company logo. Please call for a quote. After your final approval and payment, allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. We do not accept any other form of payment at this time unless you have a Wholesale Account and sell our products.
WHOLESALE customers: No money is exchanged via our website if you are a WHOLESALE customer. We will calculate final totals, process invoices and payments internally for WHOLESALE users.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to individual consumers with a shipping address in Minnesota. A 7.275% tax is calculated on the goods and shipping amount.
Why are some site functions not working?
If your noticing some basic functions not working it might be because of your browser. Our site is best used on IE11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Fire Fox, & Safari. If you're using IE 7, 8, or 9 we highly recomend that you update to IE11 or Microsft Edge, which is the new Internet Explorer.
